I KNOW. I may have shrieked and texted two people who haven't been watching the show and were like "...okay.." 8DD

Yep! I studied Russian in school for about four years but I haven't used it in forever so I've forgotten a lot. T..T I want to take it up again and I've been plowing thru a grammar book to try and get it back into my skull. Since I've been living in Japan so long, it's like the part of my brain that "translates" can only go between English and Japanese, and no Russian words come up in its search function. Really frustrating! The cases are actually.. hard but they start making sense in a weird way and stuff starts sounding off if it's in the wrong case. I KNOW THAT SOUNDS INSANE.

It makes PERFECT SENSE-- it's like how English grammar makes perfect sense, to me, but I couldn't explain to anyone how it works. It just does.

Slavic grammar seriously makes me weep. So many cases and everything has to be declined, verbs and adjectives and nouns and everything. ZETSUBOUSHITAAAAAA~~
